I’m Simon Oxley.

I’ve worked in the I.T. industry for over 15 years across many different sectors and environments, including 7 years in financial services.

In early 2008 I left the corporate world and co-founded Aware Monitoring with Nick Barker.  We’re is a small tech startup based in Nottingham, UK. Our service provides on-demand web-services monitoring. We report and alert on performance and availability for websites, web-apps and other web-services (e.g. REST APIs, XML Feeds, etc).

I twitter occasionally at @soxley but I generally listen more than I talk.
